Heard Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Senha P.S. Case No. 28 of 2026. 3. It has been alleged that several Hywa vehicles transporting sand without any valid challan were intercepted and seized by the police. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners that Petitioner Nos. 1 to 6 are the drivers of the seized Hywa where the Petitioner No. 7 is the Director of the Firm which is the registered owner of the Hywa vehicles. 5. Learned counsel submits that all the petitioners baring Petitioner No. 6 does not have any criminal antecedents. It is further being submitted that the petitioners were merely involved in transportation of sand. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 7. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 2026:JHHC:15456 2 8. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court with a period of four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of R. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Lohardaga in connection with Senha P.S Case No. 28 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 9.
