1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-
“ a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No.2 to forthwith cause inspection of the new premises of the petitioner institution and to decide the Petitioner’s pending application for shifting of premises dated – 12.09.2025, submitted for seeking permission for shifting of premises, in a time bound manner. …”

4. Since the prayer in the petition is only to direct the respondents to decide the applications of the petitioner institutes for shifting of premises in a time bound manner, the respondents shall conduct an inspection within 2 weeks from today and decide the applications within 2 weeks thereafter.
