On the request of Ms. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner in ABLAPL No.4651 of 2026, the cause title of the bail petition with the name of the court mentioned therein is allowed to be corrected as J.M.F.C., Narasinghpur. 2. All the ABLAPLs are disposed of by the following common order. 3. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and State. 4. Instant petitions under Section 482 BNSS are filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with Narasinghpur P.S. Case No.76 of 2026 corresponding to C.T. Case No.179 of 2026 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Narasinghpur on the grounds stated therein. 5. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1 and it reveals that there was transportation of cattle illegally. It is submitted to the Court by the learned counsels for the petitioners that the present accused persons were not present at the spot but alleged to be involved and running a syndicate. It is claimed that the cases are registered one after other against the petitioners since they are having antecedents. Recorded the submission of Ms. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner in ABLAPL No.4651 of 2026. Considering the allegations in the FIR and the seizure and recovery of cattle not in presence of the petitioners though all of them alleged to have been involved frequently, this Court even if not in favour of entertaining their bail plea but is inclined to direct them to surrender before the learned court below for being released with suitable conditions imposed. 6.
