The petitioner has once again approached this Court again by way of filing the instant writ petition with the same prayer for quashing the impugned inspection report dated 12.06.2026 prepared by the respondents. 2. It has been apprised at bar that on an earlier occasion also, the petitioner approached this Court by way of filing S.B. Civil Writ [2026:RJ-JP:35935] (2 of 3) [CW-17395/2026] Petition No.12021/2026, however, the same was disposed of by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide dated 16.07.2026, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievances. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, several representations have been submitted by the petitioner before the authorities concerned, but till date these representations have not been decided by passing a reasoned and cogent order. Hence, under these circumstances, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the instant writ petition seeking appropriate directions. 4. Heard and considered the submissions made at the Bar and perused the material available on the record. 5. Perusal of the record indicates that with regard to the same grievance, the petitioner approached this Court on an earlier occasion also by way of filing S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12021/2026, however, the same was disposed of vide order dated 16.07.2026, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation. 6. It appears that the petitioner has submitted several representations for redressal of his grievances in pursuance of the aforesaid order, but these representations have not been decided as yet by the respondents by passing a reasoned and cogent order. 7. Considering overall facts and circumstances of the case, instead of entertaining the instant successive writ petition with regard to the same prayer, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the instant writ petition by issuing directions to the [2026:RJ-JP:35935] (3 of 3) [CW-17395/2026] respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner (pending, if any) expeditiously, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 8. In case, any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, he would be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum of law for redressal of his grievances. 9. It goes without saying that the private respondent No.6 would also be at liberty to submit his representation in light of the writ petition submitted by him and the same would be decided by the respondents along with the representation of the petitioner. 10. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. Stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 11. For a period of four weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against anyone. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J 30/Karan
