This Court, vide order dated 19.03.2025, passed in MCRC No. 1393 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Mohammad Farukh, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. The learned 3rd Civil Judge, Senior Division Ambikapur, District – Surguja (C.G.) through learned District Judge on behalf of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Surguja (Ambikapur) (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 29.11.2025 has requested for grant of 03 month’s time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the present case is at the stage of prosecution evidence, and due to their non-appearance the summons have been issued to them, but the trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of 03 month’s time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 03 months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
