This is an application for relaxation of condition no.14 imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2021, which reads as under : “14. The applicant shall attend the office of the Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till 30-9-2021 and shall thereafter attend the said office on the first Monday of every month from 11.00 to 2.00 p.m.” 3. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has attended the office of the Economic Offences Wing, Nagpur as directed by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2021, and scrupulously complied with the order and the conditions imposed by this Court. 4. It is further submitted that now the charge-sheet came to be filed and so no purpose would be served by attending the said office further and therefore, he prayed to relax the aforestated condition. 2 14.appp.2535.2026 5. On the other hand learned APP opposed the application on the ground that the said condition was imposed for certain purpose and the same was readily accepted by the applicant at the time when the bail was granted and therefore, the application is prayed to be rejected. 6. I have considered the rival submissions and perused the record. It is not in dispute that the applicant has duly complied with the order of this Court as well as the conditions imposed vide order dated 20.09.2021. Now, the charge-sheet is filed and no purpose would be served by keeping the said condition as it is. Under such circumstances, I am inclined to allow the application, hence the following order : (a) The application is allowed and disposed of. (b) Condition No.14 imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2021 in Criminal Application No.551 of 2021 is hereby relaxed. However it is made clear that the applicant shall attend the Trial Court on the given dates, without fail. (M.M. NERLIKAR , J. ) Trupti
