Case is listed in default. 2. On due consideration of the documents enclosed along with the writ petition, default as pointed out by the Registry is overruled. 3. With the consent of parties, case is heard finally. 2 4. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 4 to consider and decide pending application (Annexure P/4) of the petitioner, within stipulated period. 10.2 Any other relief, which may be deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner. ” 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed this writ petition against his transfer and posting under the Rationalization Policy formulated by the State Government. 6. Learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that the petitioner is having the remedy of filing appropriate proceedings before the State Level Committee. 7. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner may be permitted to submit representation/appeal before the State Level Committee and therefore, direction be issued to the concerned Committee to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest. 8. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 9. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before the State Level Committee constituted under the Rationalization Policy, 2025 and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned Committee shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner on its own 3 merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of representation. 10.
