Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- “(a) for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the concerned respondents to provide the employment to the Petitioner as the name of the petitioner is at serial no. 132 in the list of Displaced Persons issued by D.P.L.R. Office Bokaro in L.A. Case no. 42/1962-63 Award no. 1 and L.A. Case no. 41/1962-63 Award no. 2 family serial no. 132, and on his place one unknown person namely Biswajit Kumar Singh (respondent no. 4) has obtained employment by playing fraud with the concerned authority by - 1 - W.P.(C) No.847 of 2026 2026:JHHC:3642 submitting forged Affidavit dated 02.01.2007 claiming to be the grandson of the petitioner, though this person is in no way related to the petitioner. (b) for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the concerned respondents to release the payment of entire salary with interest from the date of appointment of respondent no. 4 to recover the loss of financial health of petitioner. (c) for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the concerned respondents to conduct a proper & fair investigation and take appropriate legal action against the respondent no. 4 who obtained employment by playing fraud and prepared with the concerned authority by submitting forged Affidavit dated 02.01.2007 claiming to be the grandson of the petitioner, though this person is in no way related to the petitioner.” 3. It appears that the job has been provided to the private respondent on the basis of “land looser scheme”. 4. Now, the claim has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the employment given to the private respondent No.4 is forged, as he is not the family member. 5. These are the disputed questions of fact which cannot be resolved by the Writ Court and as such, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, it is, hereby, dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
