The allegation against the petitioner is collection of funds from all investors/incentries on the score investment. The money that is invested from poor people, the petitioner is said to have hoodwinked not one but many. In that light, investigation is must. 4. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court, in the event, investigation go against the petitioner. Reserving such liberty, the petition stands disposed of. 5.
