Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 47 days and is an employee of HDFC Bank. According to the learned advocate, both the petitioner and the de facto complainant are major and were able to understand the consequences of their act and action. Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS. The investigation of the case is in progress. Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the charge-sheet is submitted before the jurisdictional court.
