2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
"1] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions quashing the impugned F.I.R. bearing No. 0884/2024 registered at Police Station Ambikapur, District Surguja on 13.12.2024 for the incident occurred on 12.12.2024 and registered on the instance of the respondent No. 2/complainant for the offences punishable under section 296, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S and section 3(1) (5) & Section 10 of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,
1989. 2] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, which it deems fit and proper."
3. The learned State counsel states that after the investigation charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is accordingly dismissed with the liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law if aggrieved by the charge sheet.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
