The applicant by way of the instant application seeks for anticipatory bail in connection with Summons dated 22.12.2025 & 31.12.2025 issued by the respondent. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She further submits that there is no cogent material to connect the applicant with the alleged offence and that the applicant is willing to cooperate with the investigation. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that though there are serious allegations against the applicant, and without conceding to the explanation and defence raised by him, the investigation has already been carried out and a show-cause notice has been issued. It is submitted that further recourse shall be taken in accordance with law. However, as of now, the Investigating Agency does not insist upon the custodial interrogation of the applicant. 4. In view of the aforesaid, no apprehension of arrest of the applicant survives at this stage. The aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent is taken on record. 5. In view thereof, the application, along with the other pending application(s), stands disposed of. 6. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
