Petitioners, through the medium of this petition, have prayed the following reliefs: a. Pass appropriate direction to the respondents whereby the property of the petitioners falling under Survey No. 210, land measuring 01 Kanal 12 Marlas under Survey No. 211, and land measuring 04 Kanal 03 Marlas under Survey No. 216, and land measuring 11 Marlas under Survey No. 217, whole land under Khata No. 397 (07 Kanal 01 Marlas) situated at Ropura Namthal Chadoora Budgam. b. The respondents be directed to take necessary steps for protection and preservation of the property of the petitioners and enquiry conducted be taken into consideration while passing such order under the Migrant Act. c.
