Sushil Kukreja, Judge(Oral): Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, has stated that the respondent has already renewed passport of the petitioner for a period of one year subject to the condition that the petitioner is required to disclose the number of criminal cases, if any, pending against him. 2. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the information, as sought, shall be disclosed to the respondent during the course of the day today. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgement? 2 ( 2026:HHC:27508 ) 3.
