CORAM: N.J.JAMADAR, J.
DATE :
5 OCTOBER 2026 P.C.
1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
2. The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 29 June 2026 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane, in Civil Misc. Application No.1595 of 2022 whereby the earlier order dated 4 May 2022 passed in M.A.No.1562 of 2021 granting heirship certificate, came to be modified.
