By way of filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to decide Revenue Appeal No.202501100400377 / A-6 / 2024-2025 (Annexure P-1) expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid appeal has been pending consideration before the respondent No.2 since 14.01.2025; however, the same has not been decided yet. Hence, he prays that the respondent No.2 be directed to decide the said revenue appeal within a stipulated period. 4. Learned counsel for the State/Respondents submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
