Learned counsel for the petitioner has not refuted the said fact. Having heard the submissions put forth by learned counsel for the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of the instant petition with the liberty to take appropriate recourse if the petitioner is still aggrieved by action of respondent No.2 or otherwise, in accordance with law.
