The submissions of the learned counsel for the parties are placed on record. This writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.102329/2024 disposed of on 14.01.2026. However, the respondents are directed to pay all consequential benefits, including the payment of salary, in accordance with law, to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
