Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: Digitally signed by PRAVEEN KUMAR SINHA Date: 2026.01.09 17:44:27 +0530 2 / 2 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to provide salary to the petitioner for the month of June 2025 to September 2025. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as a Lecturer (Maths), however, he was not paid salary for period of four months against which petitioner has submitted representation before the District Education Officer, Dhamtari and same was forwarded to respondent No.3/ Divisional Joint Director, Raipur which is pending consideration since 06.11.2025 and therefore a direction be issued to concerned authority to take decision on representation submitted by the petitioner at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that if representation submitted by the petitioner is still pending consideration, appropriate order will be passed at the earliest. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondents No. 3 & 4 to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 31.10.2025 forwarded on 06.11.2025 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
