The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pachamba P.S. Case No.59 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307 and 302 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies member of family and the altercation took place due to land dispute. He further submits that the allegations of assault is there against one Imran Ansari and pursuant to that the deceased has succumbed to the injury. 2026:JHHC:4158 --2-- A.B.A. No. 6194 of 2024 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and Informant jointly opposed the prayer and submits that the death has occurred. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that so far these petitioners are concerned only allegation against them are that they were instigating. It has been pointed out that the altercation took place due to land dispute and there is direct allegation of assault upon one Imran Ansari and he has already been taken into custody. The petitioners are ladies member of said family and they have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.19 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Pachamba P.S.
