The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 208/2025. It has been alleged that the nephew of the informant was murdered. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of the co-accused persons Ikramul Ansari @ Lalu and Mehboob Ansari. The said Ikramul Ansari @ Lalu has been granted bail in B.A. No. 159 of 2026. The petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2025. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XIII-cum- Special Judge III, CBI, Ranchi in connection with Bariyatu P.S.
