The instant application has been preferred by the appellant praying for stay of operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 05.06.2026 passed by the learned Member, MACT Nalbari, in MAC Case No. 56/2019 (Death). 3. The learned counsel has submitted that the applicant has filed an appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 05.06.2026 passed in MAC Case No. 56/2019 (Death). 4. The said appeal has been admitted by this Court and unless the impugned judgment is suspended during the pendency of the appeal, irreparable loss would be caused to the applicant. 5. Considering the above, the impugned judgment and award dated 05.06.2026 passed in MAC Case No. 56/2019 (Death) is suspended till the disposal of the connected MAC Appeal No. 504/2026 on the condition that the applicant shall deposit 50% of the awarded amount within 6 (six) weeks before the Registry of this Court.
