It is seen that another Anticipatory Bail application i.e. AB No.180/2026 was earlier preferred by the accused applicant and the same was rejected on 09.02.2026. However, in the present case, there is no mention about the earlier Anticipatory Bail application, neither any statement nor the earlier order is being enclosed. This Court is disturbed that in spite of an earlier rejection order, how can a fresh Anticipatory Bail application can be filed, without mentioning of the earlier Anticipatory bail application, which was earlier being rejected by this Court.
