Mr. Khanikar, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the present contempt petition, the respondents have cleared the admitted contractual dues of the petitioner, in terms of the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 11.08.2025 in WP(C) No. 5145/2024. Accordingly, he prays that the present contempt petition be closed. The learned counsels for the respondents have not disputed the above position.
