JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23.08.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.6204/2019 (LB-BMP). The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "5. Therefore, it is expedient to dispose of the petition directing the respondent No.1 or officer concerned of the respondent-BBMP to inspect the residential apartment building namely Metropolitan Apartment, Bengaluru after issuing notices to the interested parties and after inspection, if it is found that there is deviation in the sanctioned building plan, respondent No.1 or officer concerned to take appropriate steps for removal of the said deviation in accordance with law. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8686-DB C.C.C. No.473/2023 The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. Ordered accordingly." 2. The respondent/Accused has filed a memo along with the copy of mahazar and photographs. 3. The memo and mahazar indicate that there is no deviation as claimed by the complainant. In view of the same, the contempt proceedings are dropped. Liberty is reserved to the complainant to assail the mahazar and the endorsement, if so advised, in accordance with law.
