The present modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 07.11.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3560 of 2024 by this Court for extending the time for furnishing the bail bonds as mentioned in the order dated 07.11.2025. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that on 28.10.2025, the appellant fell from a motorcycle, as a result of which his leg got fractured, and owing to the said injury, the appellant was unable to furnish the bail bonds within the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30605 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 stipulated period. 4. Having considered the submissions made and the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time for furnishing the bail bonds. 5. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. The time for furnishing bail bonds as directed in the order dated 07.11.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3560 of 2024, is hereby extended by a further period of four weeks from today. 6.
