The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/MCD to take demolition action against the unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent no.2 at property bearing no. RZ 134-135, Ward No. 115, Santosh Park Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 (‘subject property’). 2. It is stated that complaints have been made by the petitioner with the respondent no.1/MCD. Photographs have been filed along with the writ petition showing the unauthorized construction. 3. Counsel appears on behalf of respondent no.1/MCD on advance notice and submits that the subject property has been booked and a show This is a digitally signed order. A personal hearing has been given to the owner/occupier of the subject property on 31st August, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Further, a communication has been sent to the SHO, P.S. Bindapur on 17th August, 2026 to stop the unauthorized construction. 4.1 Both the aforesaid communications have been handed over in Court and are taken on record. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the subject property. 5. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 6.
