By the present petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant her compassionate appointment and also for a direction to decide the representation dated 31/07/2025 made by her to respondent No.4. 03. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition can be disposed of if a direction is issued to the concerned respondent to render a decision on her representation. 04. In that view of the matter, respondent No.4 is hereby directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 31/07/2025 within a period of four weeks from today. 05.
