Heard Ms. Saman Ahmad, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P. 2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 05.01.2026 passed in M.C.A. No.1039 of 2025 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (P.O.C.S.O.), Dumka arising out of Saraiyahat P.S. Case No.174 of 2025, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that Churki Devi, Parwati Devi and Pinky Devi had kidnapped the grand-daughter of the informant and had sold her to the present appellant for an amount of Rs.80,000/-. 4. Though it has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the medical report does not ascertain the factum of rape but it appears that the victim, pursuant to the First Information Report, was recovered from the house of the appellant and her statement was also recorded before the Magistrate. The age of the victim was assessed to be 14 years. 2026:JHHC:6543-DB 5. On consideration of the nature of allegations levelled against the appellant, we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 05.01.2026 and consequently, we dismiss this appeal.
