Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2025 in connection with Borio P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024 corresponding to S.T. No. 298 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 13.11.2025 in B.A. No. 8236 of 2025. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was having illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased and brother of the informant namely Vijay Baski died due to poisoning. The impugned order passed by the learned court reveals that out of 6 charge sheeted witnesses, 4 have already been examined. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer. 5. Considering the fact that trial is at fag end and the bail application of the petitioner rejected earlier, this court is not inclined ( 2026:JHHC:8632 ) 2 to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner above named is rejected. 6. The State is directed to ensure prompt production of witnesses. 7. The counsel for the State is directed to communicated this order to the Superintendent of Police of the concerned District and also to the Director, Prosecution. 8.
