The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners-defendants under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers :- “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction to Learned Civil Judge (SD) Haridwar to decide the Civil Suit No. 287 of 2024 titled as Smt Sashi Sharma Vs. Sunil Arora and others as early as possible. preferably within time which is given by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue any other appropriate order or direction as the Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper. (iii) Award the cost to the petitioner.” 2. Heard Mr. Lalit Miglani, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. Sashi Sharma vs. Sunil Arora and two Others”, filed for perpetual injunction, expeditiously and as per law. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. 5.
