Yes. 2 3. Learned counsel for the respondent/complainant, under instructions, submits that the matter has been reconciled between the parties and he has instructions not to press the complaint. 4. In view of this statement, the present revision is allowed and the judgment of conviction dated 11.6.2025 and order of sentence dated 16.6.2025, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Dehra, District Kangra, H.P. in Case No. 210 of 2018, titled Arvind Kumar Vs. Vikram Singh as affirmed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dehra, District Kangra, HP in Criminal Appeal No. 12-G/X/2025, dated 15.12.2025, titled Vikram Singh Vs. Arvind Kumar are ordered to be set aside and the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. 5. It has been submitted that no amount has been deposited before the learned Trial Court or this Court. In view of this, no other order is required to be passed for the disbursal of the amount by this Court. 6. The petitioner is stated to be in judicial custody and he is presently lodged in Lala Lajpat Rai District and Air Correctional Home, Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P. He is ordered to be 3 released forthwith, if not required in any other case. Release warrants be prepared accordingly and the same be sent to the Superintendent, Lala Lajpat Rai District and Air Correctional Home, Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P. through FASTER forthwith for necessary compliance. 7. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
