Petitioner has made a request to respondent No.2 for allotment of a CA site, which is described in the schedule to the writ petition. The same is said to have been favourably considered by respondent no.4/Sub-Committee. However, a decision is yet to be taken by respondent No.2 in this regard. Hence, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers: "a. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondent No.2 to 4 to complete the allotment process in respect of the Schedule site in favor of the Petitioner in a time bound manner, by execution and registration of lease deed by accepting the balance lease amount and handing over possession of the Schedule site in favor of the Petitioner b. Pass any such order this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the matter." 2. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that the decision taken by respondent No.4/Sub-Committee regarding several allotments is being reviewed, and hence, he - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13065 WP No. 27869 of 2025 prays that sometime be granted to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law. 3. Hence, the following: ORDER Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four months from today.
