The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from their property, for which they are in occupation. It is also admitted that the petitioners are in occupation of the 4th respondent temple properties. 2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the 4th respondent on instructions submits that the petitioners were issued notices and appropriate action would be taken against the encroachers. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned standing counsel for the 4th respondent. Perused the material on record. 4. Admittedly, the petitioners are not filed any documents to claim their title over the property and admittedly there are in occupation of the temple property. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief in favour of the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ JUSTICE HARINATH.N KGM 3 85 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION No.666 and 670 of 2026 Dated 07.01.2026 KGM
