No reply to the application is to be filed. The present application has been filed by the informant/victim. Since the informant/victim cannot maintain the present petition under Section 419 of BNSS, 2023 and can only prefer an appeal under Section 413 of BNSS. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The petition shall be treated as an appeal under Section 413 of BNSS, 2023. Necessary correction be made accordingly. Application stands disposed of.
