After arguing for a while, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that she would feel satisfied in case a direction is issued to the concerned Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, to decide the application preferred by the petitioner on 03.09.2025, followed by a reminder dated 11.10.2025, within a reasonable period. On asking of the Court, Mr. Jehangir Dar, learned Government Advocate, who has waived notice on behalf of the respondents, submits that he has no objection to the said course. Accordingly, the same is directed to be accorded consideration strictly in accordance with the rules and the applicable law. 2.
