Mr. Sarma, submits that since co-accused has already been granted bail, the present petitioners wants to appear before the learned trial Court and accordingly, it is provided that the petitioners shall appear before the learned trial Court within a period of 15 days from today and upon such appearance and filing of any application the same shall be considered as per law by the learned trial Court till expiry of 15 days from today. 3. In the event that the petitioners are arrested, they shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with one surety each of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. 4. This interim protection shall not extend beyond 15 days from today and the learned trial Court shall consider any bail application filed by the petitioners on their own merit. 5.
