GP FOR REGISTRATION AND STAMPS The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue an appropriate, Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents more particularly respondent No.6 in not issuing no dues certificate to the Petitioner’s Company and the Respondent Nos.4, 5 in not registering the Supplementary Deed presented by the petitoner’s Company even though the Petitioner’s Company has cleared all the pending dues on the subject property an extent of AC.9.34 cents or 45,205.6 Sq.Yds. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the action of the respondents, particularly Respondent No.6 in not issuing a No Due Certificate to the petitioner’s company, and Respondent Nos.4 and 5 in refusing to register the Supplementary Deed presented by the petitioner’s company, despite the petitioner’s company having cleared all pending dues, is illegal, improper, and arbitrary. The subject property admeasures Ac.9.34 cents (45,205.6 Sq. Yds.), situated in Sy.Nos. 227/2B, 227/3, 246/1, 247/1, 227/3A, 227/3B, 227/3C, 227/3D and 227/3E of Pathareddy Palem Village, Chebrole Mandal, Guntur District. Hence, the writ petition. 3. Consider the same, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.6 to consider the representation, dated 30.12.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
