JUSTICE S.G.PANDIT) Heard learned counsel Sri. Satyanarayana P. Hogade, for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate Sri. B. The petitioner is before this Court aggrieved by portion of order by which the authorities are directed to provide posting to the petitioner within two weeks. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was posted as Deputy Tahsildar, Hullahalli Nadakacheri, Hullahalli Hobli, Nanjangudu Taluk, Mysuru Distirct by O.M. dated 24.10.2019 and under impugned order dated 16.09.2025, respondent No.3 was posted in his place without showing any posting to the petitioner. The said posting of respondent No.3 in petitioner place was the subject matter of Application No.4192/2025 and the Tribunal has passed the following order: "The application is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.1 & 2 to provide appropriate posting to the applicant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After being provided with the appropriate posting, the applicant shall hand over charge to the 3rd respondent and facilitate the 3rd respondent to report for duty as per the Transfer order produced and marked as Annexure-A2 dated 16.09.2025." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in one month, General Transfer would take place and till then he may be continued in the present place with a direction - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17547-DB WP No. 9445 of 2026 to the respondents to provide posting to the petitioner in General Transfer. We are not inclined to accept the said submission. 5. The petitioner has completed his tenure in the present place at Nanjangudu in 2024. He has no right to continue in the present post as he has completed his tenure. The Tribunal, noting that the petitioner has not provided posting, has rightly directed the authorities to provide posting to the petitioner within two weeks. 6.
