By way of the present interlocutory application, the applicant seeks impleadment of Industrial Co-operative Bank Ltd., represented by its Chairman, Industrial Co-operative Bank Ltd., Lakhtokia, Guwahati–781001, District–Kamrup (M), Assam, as Respondent No. 2 in the connected writ petition, being WP(C) No. 5166/2024. 3. It appears that, in the connected writ petition, on 17.06.2026, this Court observed that the presence of the Chairman of the said Bank was required in place of the Administrator. Accordingly, the applicant has proposed the impleadment of the Bank through its Chairman. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon perusal of the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the presence of the proposed Respondent No. 2 is necessary and essential for the effective adjudication of the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, Industrial Co-operative Bank Ltd., represented by its Page No.# 3/3 Chairman, Lakhtokia, Guwahati–781001, District–Kamrup (M), Assam, is hereby impleaded as Respondent No. 2 in place of Industrial Co- operative Bank Ltd., represented by the Administrator, Lakhtokia, Guwahati–781001, District–Kamrup (M), Assam, in the connected writ petition, being WP(C) No. 5166/2024. 6. Consequently, the interlocutory application stands disposed of. 7. The applicant shall submit an amended cause title before the Registry for carrying out the necessary correction in the records.
