Heard both the sides. The petitioners, above-named are in custody in connection with Thakurgaon (Ranchi) P.S. Case No.41 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 190/ 191(2) /191 (3)/ 126/ 115(2)/ 117(2)/ 109(1)/ 132/ 121(1)/ 121(2)/ 324(4) of BNS, 2023 have prayed for regular bail. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioners that case under Section 109(1) of BNS, 2023 is not made out as the injuries sustained by all the Police personnel were simple in nature. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and has not disputed that the injuries sustained by the victim(s) were simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
