Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Namtola P.S. Case No. 02/2026 vide Charge-Sheet No. 02/2026 dated 27.02.2026. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said Namtola P.S.
