Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2026.01.14 10:57:08 +0530 2 / 3 “10.1That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an order, or direction to the respondents to forthwith release and pay the differential salary amount payable to the petitioner as Guest Lecturer Grade-III in accordance with Clause 6.8 of the Guest Lecturer Policy-2024. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an, order, or direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation preferred by the petitioner before him on 26.06.2025 at the earliest preferably within a period of 15 days. ” 10.3 The Hon’ble Court may kindly grant any other writ/writs, order/orders, relief/reliefs in favor of the petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was engaged as Guest Lecturer for the academic session 2024-2025. She was paid a sum of Rs. 33, 300/-, however she claims to be entitled for a sum of Rs. 50,000/-. Petitioner has already submitted a representation on 26.06.2025, however till date no decision has been taken, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on pending representation at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on pending representation, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for respective parties. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties without commenting anything on the merits of the 3 / 3 case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent no. 3 to take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. It is ordered accordingly. 6. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh comprehensive representation if she so desires and, if, such a representation is submitted, the said representation shall also be considered as observed above. 7.
