Pursuant to the order dated 9th March, 2026, a communication dated 23rd March, 2026 of Inspector- in-Charge, Kulti Police Station, Paschim Bardhaman is placed before this Court and same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication dated 23rd March, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 3. It is disclosed in the communication dated 23rd March, 2026 that barring criminal proceeding being Kulti P.S. Case No.641 of 2025 dated 15th November, 2025, as per available records and registers maintained in the Kulti Police Station, no other case is pending against the petitioner. It is also disclosed that no other police station under the Asansol Durgapur Police [2] Commissionerate reported any case reference against the petitioner. 4. In view of filing of the communication dated 23rd March, 2026, no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
