Baruah, learned APP for the State. This Court had granted interim relief to the petitioner by order dated Page No.# 2/2 04.02.2026, directing that the petitioner be released on interim bail in connection with Silchar P.S. Case No. 1100/2025 under Sections 316(5)/318(3)/336(3) of the BNS, 2023, on furnishing an appropriate bail bond. The learned APP has submitted that the case diary has been received and that the investigation has sufficiently progressed. There is no allegation that the petitioner has violated any of the terms and conditions stipulated in the earlier bail order. Accordingly, this Court deems it fit to make the bail privilege granted on 04.02.2026 absolute. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the earlier order and shall also participate in the trial as and when he receives summons from the Court. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
