Hence, the petitioner filed the above petition to transfer the investigation in Crime No.74 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to CBCID and Direct the CBCID to conduct a fair, impartial and time bond investigation. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submitted that the complaint of the petitioner in Crime No.74 of 2025 is for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., 1860, against 9 named persons and 5 others.
