This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 215 of the Constitution of India under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging willful non-compliance of the order dated 09.04.2025 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 2407/2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the services of the petitioner has been confirmed pursuant to the order passed by this Court, 2 however, the consequential benefits in view of the confirmation of the services of petitioner on the post of Lab Technician, had not been given and therefore, the respondents have committed contempt of the order dated 09.04.2025 passed in WP(S) No. 2407/2025. 3. Perusal of the operative paragraph of the order dated 09.04.2025 would show that the Court had only directed the respondents therein to take appropriate decision with regard to the confirmation of the services of petitioner on the post of Lab Technician preferably within a period of 90 days and there is no further observation made in the said order. 4. In view of the above, I do not find any reason to proceed further in contempt petition. Accordingly, it is dismissed. 5. Certified copy as per rules.
