Considering such limited prayer of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the DDM, Jajpur Circle (O.P. No.4) to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, as per the letter of Collector dated 10th April 2026 under Annexure-6, if no legal impediment is there, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 4.
