1. By filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 10.07.2026, whereby the petitioner, who is working on the post of Forest Guard, has been transferred from Naka Dantli Range Wildlife Raisar, Deputy Conservator of Forest, Wildlife Jaipur to Deputy Conservator of Forest, Wildlife Mukundara Hills Tiger Reserve, Kota.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized in the year 2013 and the couple was not blessed with any issue. Thereafter, the couple opted for the IVF procedure in the Institution of Indira IVF, Jaipur. He further
[2026:RJ-JP:34786] (2 of 3) [CW-17296/2026] submits that first attempt of IVF remained unsuccessful. They are now making a second attempt. During the second attempt of the IVF procedure, wife of the petitioner was posted at Teacher (Level- I) in the Tehsil Jamuramgarh. The petitioner and his wife are again undergoing the IVF procedure, therefore, the petitioner is required to take care of his wife. He further submits and also stated in Para No.6 of the memo of the writ petition that no person has been transferred in place of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has preferred Appeal No.2869/2026 (Mukesh Kumar Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan) before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal challenging the impugned transfer
order dated 10.07.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that due to long pendency of appeal, the first hearing of the appeal preferred by the petitioner could not take place so far. It is, therefore, submitted that the ends of justice would meet if the Tribunal is directed to hear the appeal preferred by the petitioner on priority basis.
5. Heard and considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made above, this Court deems it appropriate to disposed of the present writ petition with a direction to the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal to provide a date for first hearing in the appeal preferred by the petitioner to be of within a period of fifteen days from the date of submission of the certified copy of this order.

7. Till the first hearing of the appeal before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, the impugned transfer order dated 10.07.2026 qua the petitioner shall remain stayed.
8. Stay application as well as pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
9. The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to forward a copy of this
order to the Registrar, Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur, by special messenger.
