The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the follow- ing prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR in crime No. 285/2025 which has been registered on dated 30.10.2025 before police station Dharam- jaigarh, District Raigarh (C.G.) and direct to In- vestigation Officer to present/available CCTV Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2026.02.17 10:40:04 +0530 2 Footage and recording at the time of incident which has been occurred on 30.10.2025, in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, charge-sheet has been filed before the competent Court against the petitioner and charges have been framed, therefore, he seeks to with- draw this CRMP with liberty to take legal recourse as available to him under the law. 3.
